On the commentary for the Season 1 DVD, Jiffy said that when Colby got his Texas flag taken away in exchange for rice, she went after Jiffy and gave him her immunity headdress because she thought that if Colby didn't get to have his luxury item, she shouldn't be allowed to have hers either.
I thought it was cute.
