This strategy is only viable for someone who doesn't stand a chance at winning the final immunity.. In Panama almost everyone was looking as Courtney as a final 2 goat. Cirie could do the math and realized that in order to keep Courtney in the game, her allys would soon have to turn on her. She jettisoned the Goat leaving a place for herself in other peoples' strategies. Courtney would have breezed through the F4 TC with no tiebreak.
