Before the pre-production in All-Stars, They called out before the race began and they didn't made it to 11 final teams for the race. Also, Colin and Christie were also expected for All-Stars, they also called out because of Christie's pregnancy.

Flo and Drew were asked but SHE said no for reasons I've already stated in a previous post.
