I don't get why many people dislike yogurt. Alot of the women at work talk about how disgusting it is, they hate the texture, the taste, etc.

I usually try to eat a cup a day. I'm actually considering having 2-3 cups a day now. Perhaps replacing breakfast with a cup of yogurt, having one as snack during my 10am break then perhaps as a mid afternoon snack to help tide me over til dinner. Its low in calories, its delicious and its supposedly healthy for you, right? Instead of munching on chips or other junk food, I will replace it with yogurt.

Does anyone know the health benefits of a high yogurt diet?
