Also, he may not have wanted to act "too suspicious" as to so obviously hurt the team. His finding the clothes could have been planned to redeem himself a little. He has screwed up enough missions that being able to bring everyone their clothes would make him look good. What were the chances that he accidentally walked into the right cleaners?

When Alex was doing the sling & smash them piggies, Craig could easily stood and watch, IF Craig were the Mole.
As to Victoria, she's my #1 pick for now.
She acted as if she couldn't speak Spanish last epi. Last night she did but kind of half-heatedly. (She could have sweet talk some of those Catholics boys to find if not give up shirts and required attire.)
She cost them at least 10 if not 14G in the Fruit task.
Jon won't allow her to be "tempted" but turn right around and offered a bigger bribe to Ali & all!
