At one job I had, someone went into my drawer, ripped off the pages of the notepad I was using, left those in the drawer, and took the rest of it. It was a nice padded one with the company logo on it.

The leaving stuff on the desk reminds me of that one episode of News Radio when people would keep leaving food on Bill's desk.
