The quiz results were actually a clue in one of the foreign versions of the mole. I forget which season it was, but the mole had a confessional about how stressful it was to see her name typed into the computer and how great it felt to see the green screen. However, she never had her test results checked. It was one of the clues revealed at the end. So if we see Nicole make a comment like that (and they decide to recycle clues) then it may be a clue she's the mole.
