Weird. I could have sworned the promo said that NEXT week we'd get a recap followed by a new ep.

They did say "followed by a new episode", but they could have just meant "followed by a new episode next week".

My DVR say the recap is 7/14 at 9:00 followed by the new episode at 10:00. Hopefully they'll advertise the shit out of the recap and it draws some new viewers.
