I was visiting my cousins in Minnesota some years back...and they made me eat that clear fish puss known as Lutefisk. That shit was like a nasty fish jello.
Most of the people were bombed on rock and rye and rot gut so I doubt they even realized that people with a sophisicated palate don't eat fansy feast meals.
