ok Katja, what the hell are you talking about here? The penis does not produce sperm, they are produced in the testicles. Also men who have had a vasectomy don't have sperm in their semen, I still think their penis is fully functioning though. You think no sperm = not functioning?
o and this penis doesn't seem to have the ability to ejaculate which is completely different than producing sperm. Which no penis can do.
