^ Doesn't biking/cycling only beef up your legs? I have a horrible body type that is not proportional at all. My lower half is much bigger than my torso. I would need to have a concaved stomach to have nice legs, let's put it that way so most of the weight is in my legs/ass area. I thought that walking/jogging would be best..
biking seems like it would only make my fatty legs muscular and bulkier.
