why would richard come back to survivor? hes bringing his case against them to the supreme court. i doubt they can make amends after that. the only thing i can think of is rep[lacing him with kelly, who said she wouldnt come back. then that leaves rudy, who already came back, followed by susan who already came back, sean who noone likes, colleen who made a point to say shed never come back. so gervase could represent the first season i guess.
