I don't remember Ashlee too well, but I wouldn't call Angie or Bobby Jon dumb. Angie was purely a victim of circumstance (though I will say, if they would've tried to make an alliance, something like that wouldn't have happened), and, like it was mentioned earlier, Bobby Jon was smart enough to figure out that they were getting their asses handed to them by Koror (though by then it was way too late.)
