I actually don't teach the Everlast class yet but I'm going to start next month. As for the Spinning classes, if you have pain in your butt during
class there's a few things you can do to alleviate it. The first is trying to add more tension to your bike. When you have more resistance on, you bounce
up and down less and that may stop the pain. If that doesn't work you could go out and get a pair of bicycle shorts. They have a little bit of padding in
the butt and some people find that stops the pain. Finally, they make covers that fit over the seat of the bike that are made out of this gel material... also
to cushion the butt.
I've never tried the bicycle shorts or the gel seat cover since I've never had any butt pain during class, but I hear for those that do have the pain... these things work.
