Unfortunately, I'm gonna be disappointed with whomever the mole is revealed to be. None of them to see be great contenders.

The "likely" mole in Craig is lame, because his sabotage methods have been stupid as all hell.
Mark being the mole sucks because while he has always tried to come off as a serious gamer (like a mole probably would), he HAS been a serious gamer. That's a bit of a let-down for a mole.
Paul or Nicole would be the best reveal, although I'm not sure what Paul has to offer in the form of interesting sabotage--but there's always hope.

And Nicole? Well, we know everything she's done virtually all season.
