Yeah, Savage should have prepared for that grudge-holding bitch Lil returning to the game after being booted. 
Nicole voted for Lil because Lil was such a friggin' Debbie Downer at loser camp that Nicole didn't want her to ruin the post-camp vacation. And I wouldn't be surprised if Michelle felt the same way.
If Burton had gone to Morgan, we would have had a much more palatable and deserving endgame. Instead Lil's goat-run to the F2 ruined the season, with even useless Sandra being preferable to lousy Lil.
