Vornado makes the best air purifiers. But an air purifier is not going to do anything if you've got a blob of mold growing in your office. (I have a bad mold allergy). The first rule of allergies is avoidance. Can you change offices? Otherwise, you'll need to kill all the existing mold and fix whatever problem caused it, or you'll just keep being sick.
