lol I think you can drink anywhere in TX. They have drive through liquor stores.
Nomiii, that is part of the reason I hate driving. I also HATE having someone in front of me dictating how fast I can go. I also hate paying for gas and car insurance and repairs when a monthly El pass is only $75 a month - cheaper than gas alone. I don't get why people would even want a car in a city when you can walk/train it everywhere.
