Many years ago I met a woman who had this condition over most of her body.
She said she had to shave her whole body every day.
She let the typical beard portion grow though because she made her living in a freak show as a "Bearded Lady".
She also left her chest/breasts hairy and would open her shirt for those that paid the extra fee for the back room show.
