I agree, I don't think Memphis would get rid of Keesha. I honestly don't think he cares about her going, I think he's trying to appease Dan. I think Memphis wants an F3 where he's chosen no matter who wins HOH. He may think he's got Jerry now, but he still can't trust Jerry enough to potentially put his game (or anything else) in Jerry's hands.

I'm not sure how Keesha would feel about getting rid of Memphis. If the DR encouraged her, she might go along. If Jerry wasn't such an absolute dick to her, she'd be even more likely to go along.
