Probst takes about the likely Yellow leaders as if they were arrogent villians - Ace, Corinne, even Marcus. To display those qualities they will have to last awhile and hold some power. Charlie's issue is about "standing up for himself" against the more badass people.

On paper, Yellow seems like the more cohesive tribe with younger people and smart male leaders (a doctor, a lawyer, and Ace). I can't imagine Randy, Crystal, and the young guys on Red all getting along.

I don't know sometimes those smarter young male leaders don't make the best first moves. They tend to get rid of weak players and leave strong opinionated players that put a tribe into a downward morale spiral they can't get out of.
