I've done most of that, although I will increase Vitiman B to see if that helps. I've also had all sorts of MRI's because at first my doc thought it might be MS.

So far I've not noticed any foods/drink that set me off.... it's a muscle in my neck that starts to seize up. It feels like a know under my shoulderblade, and it gets tighter and tighter. I can only take the weakest muscle relaxants because I'm really sensitive to any meds that cause drowsyness. Anyway, after a couple of days of my neck being tight, the migraines start. And they stick around for days.
Since the beginning of Sept, I've had 9 of them.

I'm being sent to another Neurologist, and I'll ask about Topamax - I've been fighting them on the anti-seizure meds. I still think Botox is the most logical choice since the muscle is the culprit. I will despair if Botox doesn't work.

If I could, I would rip that fucking muscle out with my bare hands!
