That sounds almost like cluster headaches, a type of migraine, or either tention HA. Have you tried (prescription) Butalbital (low dose barbituate) for the tetision? My friend has the cluster HA and that's how they start out, I've never had them. Let me know what your new Neuro says, thank god I live in a big city and see a guy who specializes in Migraines only and is one of the best in the country.
