I saw where he told the jury he did that crazy assed thing as HOH to get people to hate him to keep him in the house or some crazy shit. It made sense at the time.
He admitted in later interviews that he was only spinning it that way to the jury to get votes. He never intended to try to make them hate him. He was only trying to get other names out there to take the attention off him. He realized immediately it was a bonehead move as soon as he did it.
