Whenever people say that Grey's Anatomy is the sexiest cast on TV, I have to question their sanity. Ellen Pompeo is gorgeous, and I can see why people would find Katharine Heigl attractive even though she really doesn't do much for me...but Sandra Oh is atrocious.
