8. Solidad - Kanto, Winner of Kanto Grand Festival
Obviously thinking she's above making appearences in regular contests, Solidad decides not to show up until the Grand Festival... and despite the cool and somewhat caring persona - it's all just a rouse to disguise the hateful bitch that lies within. I mean, she made Drew and May cry by beating them. That's just plain mean. Other than that, though, she is one unbelievable Coordinator, so you've got to give her props for that.
She was only in like 3 episodes, though, two of which I haven't seen. So I can't really say much more about her. Although judging by the flashbacks of May's rivals in later episodes she must be considered on par with Harley and Drew now... which is so not true.
