7. Kenny - Sinnoh, Rival of Dawn

Now, while I don't hate the Sinnoh coordinators per se, (except for Zoey) as kishuu has so adamantly pointed out, they can be kinda boring. Kenny is the ultimate example of this, he absolutely reeks of generic-ness. He has a Prinplup, which will hopefully one day punch the shit out of Dawn's omnipresent Piplup - but I doubt that's going to happen.

I guess what loses Kenny the most points is that he actually lost to Jessie. Of course, she really had her game on that day, but that still doesn't take away the fact that he actually lost to Jessie.
