My biggest problem is that there was too much emotional game play. Whether you like someone or don't like someone is only relevant when you are on the jury. People are in this game to be used and discarded like tissue on your way to the top no matter how you feel about them.
I think you're looking at it too much from a strategic level and not enough as an emotional/entertainment level. If all we got was just analytical playing by the book seasons, we'd be bored to t.ears.
Emotional playing almost always ends up being delicious entertainment.
