Actually Ramona, this was done once before in the Amazon. Everything about the Roger gets booted episode was about relishing his boot, with Rob C.'s hysterical Casey Kasem impersonation and "long distance dedication" of "Na Na Na, Hey, Hey, Hey, Kiss Him Goodbye"
