Agreed. At least the best team won TAR. In Survivor Gabon, the best-positioned players are screwed by a ridiculous twist designed to do nothing but screw the best-positioned players. Survivor has actually become more of a crapshoot than TAR, due to all of the twists and HIIs and crap like that.Agreed.
Both TAR and Survivor alternate between game designs that reward skill and luck.
For once, they flew right to the final destination at the beginning of the final leg, with no bunching, and mentally and physically challenging tasks. Kentina still stayed close enough they might have won based on taxi roulette. Conversely, S17 has game design more the the final leg of TAR 7, where Romber kept pulling ahead and getting screwed.
