Nick and Starr announce engagement after winning The Amazing Race
"The Amazing Race" has produced its first married couple... and they're siblings!
In an exclusive interview with Dateline Hollywood, brother and sister team Nick and Starr, who won the globe trotting CBS reality competition show last night, announced that they are planning to get married.
"The producers edited the show to make it look like we had a creepy dynamic, kind of like Angelina Jolie and her brother," Nick explained. "But there's nothing creepy about it. We fell in love. They did some really fancy editing to hide it, because by the last leg we were totally making out every free moment we had."
In fact, Dateline Hollywood has confirmed that Nick actually proposed to Starr on the victory mat just moments after the producers cut away in last night's episode.
"All that time I spent flirting with Dallas was just meant to make Nick jealous and it totally worked," said an exuberant Starr. "Now we're going to use our experience traveling in the race, along with our $1 million prize, to settle down in a country that that doesn't discriminate against sibling spouses."
