Her voting record is still perfect because her vote for Matty never counted (she was voted out 4-0). I checked Stacy from Fiji and Alexis from Micronesia's voting records. They were close to having perfect records, but no cigar. Crystal is the only player to have a perfect voting record yet still be eliminated via the game (not evacuation or quitting).
