On the subject of Corinne's obsessive, all consuming hatred of Sugar.
Reality TV World: Can you talk a little about how you and Corinne ended up having such a poor relationship together? Did that start [right] on Day 1?

Sugar: I didn't dislike her, I never hated Corinne. Apparently she decided on Day 2 that she didn't like me for absolutely no reason, and I never did anything to her [despite] what she's saying in other interviews. Usually when that happens in high school it's because the girl is jealous. So, I didn't do anything to her and I was nothing but nice to her (Laughs) That's on her soul. I don't give a shit about her.
I think she hit the nail on the head as usual, and love that she used the high school analogy to illustrate Corinne's maturity level. The only reason Corinne was the least bit relevant this season is due to her inability to get over her hatred of Sugar. By the end of the game, she was completely obsessed with her, as we saw from her jury questions ("Bob, convince me that you don't like Sugar"). By her own admission, Sugar never did anything to her but claimed she just found her annoying. Like this cast wasn't full of annoying people. Even months after getting away from her, in her interviews she was still obsessed with Sugar. She knew the "dead father" remark would be aired and would be her claim to fame and was already bragging about it. Even her comments at the reunion were mostly about Sugar. Could somebody explain why the hell Corinne is so obsessed with Sugar if it isn't jealousy? Corinne was the one hoping to be the mean, megolomaniacal power player of the show, who would be a bitch, hurt people's feelings, and then own it at the end. It must kill her to have been upstaged at every turn and reduced to a supporting role in the Sugar Show, or why else would she lament that she didn't get enough airtime and they didn't make her mean enough? Sugar probably intended for Corinne to be her nemesis as time went on, hence her little head games designed to "get her goat." She knew most of us would hate her, and if Corinne played the role of Sugar's wicked stepsister, it would make America love Sugar even more.
