Questions though:
Should we continue with this format for Tocantins, or should we change it to ranking each player in order of liking them? Example, 1 would be for your favourite, 18 for your least favourite, and you'd rank all the places (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, etc) in between. No doubling up. That would avoid the "giving 10's to your fave and 0s to everyone else thing. But it might drum up less participation so I dunno.
