The are illegal to use in the USA but theres alot of web sites that list them for sale. And since they are illegal, can't they just rip you off? I mean who are you going to complaim to...the police? I think you'd land in court/jail for that...

A $33 one will block between 2 and 40 feet, with my luck it would only block my phone....

A $700 only blocks a 2-50 Meters radius. They are advertising this one for school, churches, court houses, Movie Theaters...

a $900 one only blocks 5-60 Meters radius

They say the blocker depends on signal strength, at the site to be jammed. But no guarantees....

That sounds like a scam to me....But I would love to get one that would block the signals for 2 city blocks that I would use at only some nights and weekends to get the drug dealers out of my family's back yard. Then when they find another area, I would sell it to one of youse.

I have nothing against drug users, except the ones who break into cars and steal (MY) stereo to pay for their habits.
