I used to be an usher at a theatre chain. I had someone come out and complain that some people were talking and being loud in the movie. I went in and found the people and asked them to be quiet. They said OK. I started to walk away and they started right back up again just as loud. I turned around and loudly told them to "Shut the Hell Up. Sit down, face the screen, watch the movie and be quiet" I then told them that if there was another complaint from that theatre I was going to thrown them out no matter who made the noise and not refund their money. I the rest of the people in there applauded. I was put incharge of training other ushers after that.
