Yeah, but people have volunteered to go home since the first season (BB). Part of the game is surviving the elements and some people just don't do that (just like some people can't survive the challenges and others can't survive the social and strategic aspect).
I have to agree PGY, this is the game of Survivor and sometimes it is the elements, or the physical nature (injuries) that take them out. I like the randomness of that kind of game. Anyone who has quit or been forced to leave due to illness or injury adds another layer to the game. An organic 'twist' if you will that may hinder or help other player's plans. And part of the game is judging your allies strength to finish a game.

I also have to say that I enjoy watching some personalities get pummeled by the weather or their realization that they can't take the strain. There are a few exceptions, like Osten who seemed just to wimp out.
