We didn't see most of the footage, it wouldn't suprise me if Lex crossed the line first, infact he did. He wanted Rob to destroy his own game by making an alliance(Lex, Tom, Kathy and himself) that he would have no way of winning in, destroy his relationships with Chapera and graciously accept a fourth place finish. Rob called his bluff. Is he immature? Yes, but he is not the morally objectionable one here. Lex wanted Rob to essentially kiss his feet and call him master.
