I can see them swapping them and then giving them immunity, but why would you purposefully reward someone for being weak or giving a bad impression?Because they saw how epic it was when KrazyKathy couldn't be the first obvious boot and MaryWho left instead.
The pointless Gabon immunities were much worse since they gave unnecessary immunity to people who had virtually zero chance of being voted off first because they were the most athletic people.
