Bobby, the bowls (or bowl, perhaps) which lose the #1 and #2 teams to the NCG get the right of first selection of teams to replace them, those potential teams being amongst the automatically-qualifying Conference Champions, and the other teams which are "B(c)$ eligible" - basically, any team that's in the Top 12 of the final B(c)$ standings, if my memory serves me correctly.

I'm surprised at the number of marquee players who didn't declare for the draft this year... happily so, though.
