I found this by accident last night and really liked it. That Raymond pulled NO punches - excellent critiques. I love the little happy couple who want to celebrate British food. The judges on opening night said - the food was very bland. I was like - hello, it's British food...

Anyway that Blue Goose concept - they should've had their restaurant closed. I can't believe all those people preordered their food, then didn't get any food and then had to enter into a discussion with the owner to settle their drink bill. You would've had to call the cops for me - I would've left negotiating nothing.
