Great start to season 2. The 2 bigggest what were they thinking moments were:
Carribean gals thinking that mixing a can of mango puree with cream and a squirt of lime was going to earn them a restaurant.
What a shame, too, because a Carribean themed restaurant would have been a
nice addition to the season.
Blue Goose dad thinking it was acceptable to harass the patrons to their restaurant into paying for drinks when they never got their meals. What is wrong with him? It is going to be tough for them to recover after such a disastrous opening night, as I'm sure word has gotten around quickly how awful it was and he was in particular. I'm glad they weren't just cut, though, so that they will have to stuggle to pull themselves out of the gutter.
I sure hope they are going to do the bottom 2-3 restaurants each week do the special challenge the next week to save their restaurant from being closed. I really enjoyed that from last season, giving them one more chance to turn things around before being shut down.
Raymond <3<3 Also,I don't remember them subtitling Raymond last season.
And I like the new "inspector." He's a tough critic & adds a nice little dash of snark.
