Nothing has been confirmed and the only suggestion to date is mine / GF's suggestion from a few pages back where we appoint a 2nd watchdog one each for tone / ratings and visibility. And if these 2 disagree then FLF does the tiebreaker.

I love tone... and i am willing to work with OTH as his alternate on Tone, unless OTH has another suggestion or if there is someone else who would like to.
Rating alternate watchdog
after perusing and number crunching the spreadsheets... I would like to nominate Brazil loves Ami to be GF's alternate as ratings watchdog if he is interested.
Brazil really has a great sense of where the editors are intending the different edit and it shows... Brazil has one of the very best averages for voting. He came in at the mean/average of the votes over 70% of the time and was never significantly out of sync from the average of the votes received. I also like how Brazil explains his choices and i appreciate how he is always very respectful to other posters.
Visibility alternate watchdog
i realize that the chart was the deciding factor last year, but i really feel like if it ends up a close call between what the official chart says and "something else".... then i think we need to exaimine why that is, instead of just going with the chart. It doesn't happen very often, but once in a while it does. I know some people only follow the chart and some people decide based on how they feel that presense was.
Suggestions for an alternate watchdog who likely does not use the chart exclusively: RedWing and DennyDoyleLives are both early voters, their votes are usually submitted before the vis chart is up. OTH has stated in the past that he usually uses his own numbers. Myself, I usually look at the chart and then decide if that feels right or not. After that I'm not sure... I know others have stated that they don't always use the chart, but i can't think of who.
