FINALLY saw movie 2 last night. After all this time! :P It was okay, but nothing great unfortunately. At least did like the twist that they were switching body parts, also that Skinner got a cameo appearance. Some other cameos from people from their Vancouver days too, like Vanessa Morley (who played Samantha mulder in the early years before she got too old) as an FBI agent on screen for a split second, one of the Russian Doctors who was in that hilarious Jose Chungs From Outer Space ep and the owner of that store Mulder went to was in both the Pilot and season 3 of Millenium. Alas, for the first new X-Files stuff since 2002 though would have liked to see something better than what the movie turned out as :P C'mon Chris Carter & co, give us a third movie featuring the mythology, Cancer Man, and most importantly, an explanation that Mulder was on crack when they revealed that Samantha was taken away by hippie stardust fairies, giving us a better replacement for the horrific conclusion to the show's biggest mystery.

Will be gradually watching all nine seasons again in order over the next few months when I get the chance. Been years since I've watched any of the show, so I suppose I can at least thank the second movie for rekindling the interest for a little while anyway.
