Megan does have a pretty good case against Sharon Osbourne, don't forget she was eliminated from the show when she was physically attacked by Brandi M. thats going to be much more of a plus for her then for Sharon's defense. And as for the "contracts" that they signed going in they are less meant to be binding and more meant to prolong any legal actions and thus you would have deferment. Most of the time those contracts do not hold up in a court of Law.
