Love or hate Megan, there is a viable court case here. The only thing I'm not certain about is whether the contract that Megan signed to be on CS is going to come into play. We haven't seen the contract though, and I imagine it wouldn't allow contestants to sue VH1, but would allow them to sue individuals not affiliated with VH1. And does the contract even cover the reunion?
All in all, if it goes to court Megan will win in at least the battery charges. It seems most likely that she won't be able to fund the lawyers to take on Sharon's though, so an out of court settlement is most likely. Hopefully Megan remains the catty bitch that she is and forces the case to court. I wonder if she'll take donations for a great lawyer??? <3
