I for one enjoy the ties, and while a few have been anticlimatic, I'd rather have them then the fewer ties and less power shifts we get due to the purple rock.
As for Jenna, with me she was banking everything on winning that final challenge, as she was with the #1 tightest pair of all time. She is pretty much guaranteed F2 if it was her and Rupert. Alas, the one person that under no circumstances could Jenna have win immunity at F4 won immunity and she lost. Not that I'm dissappointed though. I can't stand that skank!
