I really, really liked it. But it was about as unlike BSG as you can get. On it's own though I thought it was a strong pilot. It really reminds me of Terminator TSCC, slowish, thoughtful drama with sci-fi elements. And of course, there are some really interesting nuggets of mythology which apply to BSG.

I am excited for the show to start. I hope the audience is receptive to it.

I've read this is more the direction that the revamped and ridiculously named SyFy wishes to go. I welcome it.
