"What do you want to ask me?" is lame, but it worked out a bit in several of these. It ended up leading Michelle into the whole thing about her job, and I liked her attitude about $500,000 not being enough to quit your job--etc.
I am getting tired of these interviewers giving the HGs advice though. Ross did it too.
