Caught the trials of the Catch Me if you Can.. it stars the actor who played the son in Next To Normal.... he has a voice that blows you out of the water. It has problems but its early days yet and considering the tragedy that surrounded it I am optimistic it makes to Broadway but then who knows.
Sadly that young actor who is so charming had such a horrid thing happen... his lesbian sister who also lives here was killed in a vicious double rape and murder. Her partner survived the attack she was kiiled... and they stopped at previews etc and only just resumed them a week ago... so I want this show to work for him. God what horrible thing and here he was here in the same city working on a musical and this happened.
When I hit NYC (once the restraining order is in place against KP) I am going to God in Carnage, Hair and hopefully Hamlet. Jude Law and I will be having post show sex in a filthy alley afterwards.
